Yes, I have placed the code for my solutions in the public domain and you are welcome to use it for any purpose, commercial or otherwise. You do not need to attribute it to me.
However, I accept no responsibility for its correctness or appropriateness for any specific use. In particular, it is designed to meet the stated conditions of the challenge and may not check that the input meets the conditions stated in the challenge text. I believed at the time I submitted it that it worked correctly but I may have been wrong, and it has not been tested to the standard that I would apply to production software.
